Mud Cleaner Features

Mud cleaner is the second separation equipment of drilling liquid, mud cleaner deals with the mud treated by the first grade separation equipment. The barite will be recovered and will remove the bigger than barite. Then the barite will flow into circulation tanks when the weighted mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.

Drilling mud equipment includes desander, pressure pump, bottom groove, shale shaker, frame and base. Characterized in that desander and mud provided control valve, chute is provided on the base, located on a shaker chute, cyclone equipped with automatic sand device and the bottom orifice adjusting means.
