We research into and develop a series of environmentally-friendly new energy technologies, including air source heat pump, ground source heat pump, and terrestrial heat exploitation for heating.
As we all know, temporary heating methods include: concentrated heating of heating companies (which burns coal, would cause serious environmental pollution), natural gas heating, air conditioner heating, electric warmer and others. The air conditioner heating has large energy consumption, and water losses would lead to room seasoning, staying at such environment for long time would cause respiratory disease, what’s more, bad indoor ventilation would easily breed bacteria and mites, which would be great threat for human health; electric heater would cause indoor seasoning, what’s more, the heat radiation range is small, and the power consumption is quite large; the gas boiler has more emissions, and is not environmental-friendly, there are potential safety hazard as well. Compared with them, there are no such problems in the air source heat pump technology.
In recent years, with the promotion of government’s project of “Coal to electricity”, the air source water heater gets more and more known and used by the public. The electric water heater directly heats the water by electricity, while air source water heater does not need electric heating element to directly contact the water, but transfers heat through media (refrigerant), the refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the low-temperature heat in the air, transfers it into high-temperature heat energy through compression of the compressor, then the refrigerant releases heat and heats the water, then the liquid refrigerant returns to the beginning through decompression of the expansion valve, moving in circles. Thus, what is mainly consumed in this process is the energy in the air, and it only needs to consume electricity when the compressor works. To produce the same amount of hot water, the air source water heater consumes 1/4 of the electricity consumed by the electric water heater, which is energy-saving and safe. The electric water heater is installed in the bathroom, staying in humid environment for long, which makes it easy to be damaged or leak electricity. However, the air source water heater realizes thorough separation between water and electricity, whose circuit is uneasy to age, and can work 2-2.5 times longer than the electric water heater.
The air source heat pump heating is widely acknowledged in the hygiene, safety, comfort and health aspects. It is energy-efficient, heating-comfortable, safe to be used, environmentally-friendly and needs no adding of any fuel during operation, which leaves no fire hazard or carbon emission, creating green and healthy environment and gaining the unanimous favor and praise from the majority of users.
