Luhai was established in 2008, same year got the entry licenses (Grade One) of CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC. We managed to win CNPC tenders every year which is very rare among our competitors. (e.g LILIN got temp suspended till Oct 2016)

2009, Luhai first set of drilling motor was proven successful operation on site, the sales reached 40 millions RMB at the end of that year.

Since then, Luhai concentrate on drilling motors production.

Assembled 3 sets of NEW power section in March,2016 Rubber hardness is 90.

Stator (W01424725) match with Rotor (W01242748), interference fit 0.15. The whole drilling motor test: pump start pressure is 2Mpa under 100L/min.

Stator (W01424729) match with Rotor (W01233035), interference fit 0.145. The whole drilling motor test: pump start pressure is 2Mpa under 100L/min.

Stator (W01424697) match with Rotor (W01255243), clearance fit 0.09. The whole drilling motor test: pump start pressure is 1.5Mpa under 100L/min.

Note:

The average Chinese product got 1 Mpa pump start pressure under the same flow rate.

Luhai adopts NOV/SLB profile.

NEW power section drilling motor （NDM）and standard drilling motor are simulation used in Gansu district.

NDM was running in directional drilling section at 4:30,May 8th,2016 date in and at 21:50,May14th,2016 date out ;depth from 940m to 1928m;pure drilling time 122hours;circulating time 39.3hours;average footage 8.1m/h while the average footage of standard drilling motor is 6.3m/h.

Compare with standard Chinese product, LUHAI NDM’s drilling efficiency increased 28.6%.


Comment: NDM adopts high quality rubber elastomer which improves volume capacity. Along with the rubber mechanical properties increased, the output torque and power increased as well.
