Luhai Petroleum "New Three Board" Listing Ceremony Was Held in Beijing

On July 31, 2015, Shandong Luhai Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand listing ceremony in "National SME Share Transfer System" on Beijing Financial Street. Liu Hongxiao, company board chairman, and the responsible persons in the relevant departments attended the listing ceremony.

The responsible persons from dozens of securities investment companies, major customer representatives of companies, local governments and financial institutions attended the listing ceremony. Ma Yunyun, Party Secretary of Lingcheng District of Shandong Province and Chairman of District People's Congress, and Kong Liang, deputy head of the district, delivered speeches on the listing ceremony. Liu Hongxiao, board chairman, spoke on the ceremony. The listing ceremony was completed successfully in the loud bell tone, and at the moment the company stepped successfully into a new level.

Luhai Petroleum is an integrated enterprise of design, production and sale of drilling motor, drill bit and measuring instruments, new energy development of petroleum horizontal wells and geothermal drilling and other engineering technical services. Last September, the enterprise established the R & D center in Houston, which increased the service life of PDM drill as our leading product from original 200 hours to 300 hours through integration of the world’s most advanced technology. This product will be put into the market in large batches at the end of this year, which is expected to become a new profit growth point.
