Screw conveyor

Screw Pump

Screw pump is an ideal pump for feeding to decanter centrifuge without shearing or agitating the drilling mud. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator). Because of the special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. The fluids flow along with the shaft, inner flow speed is slow, capacity remains, pressure is steady, so it will not generate vortex and agitating.

●Compared with the centrifugal pump, screw pump does not need to install the valve, the flow is stable linear flow.
●Compared with the pneumatic diaphragm pump, screw pump can transport a variety of mixed impurities containing gas/ solid particles/ fibers of the media, as well as a variety of corrosive substances.

Centrifugal pump

Vacuum Degasser

Vacuum Degasser is also called mud/Gas separator. Mud/gas separators (Degasser) is  the first units of solids control equipment arranged to treat drilling mud. As such, they process all of the drilling mud from the flow line before the mud reaches the primary shale shakers. The units have no moving parts and rely on the density difference between the gas and the mud for removal. The process is simple, yet very effective for well drilling fluids processing system.


Vaccum Degasser  is used to remove the small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by the mud/gas separator. These units are positioned downstream from mud/gas separators, gumbo removal equipments (if utilized), shale shakers and mud conditioners (if utilized), while hydrocyclone desander and Decanting centrifuges follow in the arrangement.

Drilling mud cleaner

Drilling mud cleaner is also called Desander and Desilter assembly,which is the combination of desander,desilter and an underflow screen.Namely,mud cleaners consists of a two-stage separation process using a combination of hydrocyclones mounted over a shale shaker to operate as a single unit. Designed to handle the entire circulating volume, Drilling cuttings cleaners are effective on both weighted and unweighted drilling-fluid systems in removing and drying solids while retaining the expensive liquid. The hydrocyclones(desanders and desilters) make the primary separation with underflow directed onto the shaker’s vibrating screen. Used correctly, the drilling mud cleaner lower both drilling-fluid and disposal costs.

STABILIZER

The working surface has five kinds of hard facing:

HF1000

Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel bronze matrix. The 3mm grain size ensures greater concentration of carbide which is ideal for drilling soft formation.


HF2000

Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix. This will give a great depth of carbide coverage-ideal for high deviation drilling in abrasive formations.


HF3000

Tungsten carbide inserts sets in a powder spray deposit ideal for abrasive formations.97% bonding guaranteed,certified by ultrasonic reports. This kind is recommended for non-magnetic stabilizer.


HF4000

Tungsten carbide inserts (button type), The inserts have been developed to allow cold insertion and maintain close fit. A great concentration of inserts on the bottom third of the blade and leading edge will increase surface contact to reduce wear in highly abrasive formations.


HF5000

This oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes held in a nickel chrome matrix which provided excellent bonding properties and greater surface wear characteristics are achieved. Surface hardness levels over 40HRC.Ideal for geo-thermal applications over 350°C.
